Food is the story
I trained in hospitality before I picked up a camera, so I know how a kitchen runs – and when to stay out of the way.
My work is quiet and close: natural light, real moments, plates in their setting. For ten years I have photographed the dishes, team and events of toque-awarded chef Johann Schmuck at Restaurant Terra.
